Not too far from where I am now. Same county, so that's good. The one my mom just saw (And I heard my dad call to see if it was still available) is closer to :iconx-rockerprincess-x:. C: It's a few blocks away from her house.
The other one is closer to my mom's work, but it's smaller. It looked kind of nice, though. It was affordable and had a fenced-in back yard for Athena. Then again, I didn't see the other one yet, but my mom said it was nice.

Neither of them are in Ann Arbor, Michigan, which is the best part.

Hi, I drew my manself. Tweaked his design some from the first time I drew him, but that's not too important.
Actually, I've been wanting to draw him for a while now, and I wanted to do something kind of goofy, so why not.
This was pretty fun, ha ha.

Also, I spent about ten minutes messing with GIMP filters for a background. I liked this one the most.

Anyway, I drew it on paper and colored in GIMP.
It's really cold in my room and I don't feel like typing a whole lot more fdfsdf

Part of 's Christmas present, because I feel the thing I bought her wasn't enough for such an awesome friend.

Argh. I worked on this little bugger over the span of three days.
Still not 100% satisfied with it, though. :/
Its tail and ears are too low. I guess they're not entirely too bad, but enough to annoy me.
The eyes are too big, even after trimming them.
I cut a small hole in the head while trimming the eyes, so now it has a scar by the right one.
Its hind legs seem too long.
I should probably sew the rings and stripes so the edges don't stick out as much, but they're already glued, and that would be hard.
The rings on the back legs aren't completely even.
The head is shaped a bit weirdly, and it connects to the body in an awkward way, too.
Quadrupeds are hard.

Pros: My stitching is improving, I guess.

I have an irrational fear of dropping my wallet into toilets.

Anyway, I'm in my new house now, and my dad and I have been busting our asses all week. I did get a bit of a break today, though. The work wasn't nearly as hard.
